Animecon cosplay in progress

I've been thinking so much what to cosplay for animecon and not even sure if I was able to go there. Well I find out i have free weekend so definitely going. Hard part was to decide which costume I start working on?? Too much too choose from: S Well I decided to go for Kuroshitsuji Grell<3 I know black butler is super popular to cosplay but I really fell in love with the series. This time I'm not going in a group so I'll just be random Grell. 

I always wear second outfit for second day. I was really thinking doing FF9 lani but the outfit is going to be huge process so I'm re-thinking it. I can always recycle my old outfits like FF9 Beatrix. 

I started work on my outfit 3 days ago. I really hope my wig arrives on time..

First try out of the glasses errr even +1 makes your eyes look huge

 For the shoes I went to flea market, these leather shoes cost only 3 euros...outcome is grell's shiny high heeled red'n black shoes.

 I found skull beads from Tiimari hehee 

 The straight pants and shirt I already had. Those straps i made from fake leather and the metallic parts are taken from the shoes xD

 Luffys jacket will turn into grells one...

 And of course I'm going to make his chainsaw! I happened to find these moldy wood pieces from a pile of junk so I'm not going to buy wood material. This is like 4mm thick so very light indeed 

 My working environment 

 Making these two pieces of wood was such pain in the ass. But the outcome was worth it - just i don't have enough muscle to saw these fast-

 Little by little starts to look whats it's supposed to...

 On the meanwhile...

 Finally my beads are black.

Still so much to do..and how nice it to spend my day offs sawing a piece of wood and get eaten by mosquitos xP I love doing cosplay.

I finally got gathered up all the pics taken by Laura Oja and Desucon  photographers. 

next time i remember to take some photos by myself tooxP Fist three photos are taken by Laura Oja we went to Arabian ranta helsinki to shoot these. The place was so beatiful, but we needed little bit more futuristic set here. But in all these looks amazing.

 Desucon greetings

My two weeks holiday came to end and finally I'm posting some Desu pics. I was waiting for the photoshoot  pictures taken by Laura Oja and a another official Desucon photographer. But haven't heard of them too much so I post them later. Here's gonna be pics like spam! I always walk around and ask to take pic if I like them outfits and I did see few nice:3

 Time for photoshoot. We got so lucky we found ourself a Nia and Simon. Noora a.k.a Kittan put a announcement on forum, that we're looking for more ppl in this group. And look what we got: )

I met my friend Saara. Sexy Yoko and me hunting for nice cosplayers.

 First day finished! somehow walking with scorpion tail and meeting lots of ppl can be so tiring. We were staying at Scandig Lahti. So we were just chilling at the hotel rest of the evening, of course i went to party at evening. In total super nice Desu day.

On next day I put on my Hancock outfit wich felt so much lighter compared to yesterday's. I found a Amazing Blue Hancock:3

  Saara today as Kuroshitsuji Ciel 

 The last thing I wanted to do is find some whatever ramdom Luffy. And take my beloved Luffy photos I hope I didin't scare this little Luffy to deaf.

 I really couln't keep a serious face so I kind of spoil the photos but main thing it was super random and fun xD

In all this was a awesome Desu weekend. More and more I'm keen on meeting people I have got known to in cons. Also being part of a cosplay group has become very important for me It's always more fun to built a group of random people. Than just cosplaying by yourself wich I've always done
