Aries in progress

It's over 4 months till Frostbite convention but I have already started working on my Aries outfit. I am not even sure which outfit i'll wear for second day, Officer Jenny or Aries plus I'm planning to crosplay Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji. Too hard choices, there should be more cons... But at least I have plenty of time to plan and sew those, something to do when it's rainy and cold outside;___;

 I got inspired to start sewing Aries outfit 'cos I found this amazing Aries like fabric. The texture is super soft and warm that's why I was thinking if I could wear it in Frostbite. At fabric store the seller was interested in what I'm going create from the fabric I was like.......pillow covers!: S

Cutting the model...I just used my old dress to cut it.

It's sooo soft and it really looks like Aries outfits material

Pretty much finished dress but it still some lines.  

The horns I twisted from iron yarn I found this best solution. 

The wig arrived! This time I so early I don't want experience the horror of wig arriving two days after the con ...So I'm playing it safe. I really love this wig (could wear it normally: D) I'ts so hard to find Aries like wig I got to say...

And here's the outcome I look serious but that's how Aries is :3 The horns still have no color, all my paint I left at my hometown too lazy to buy new ones. And oh yeah the curls of these wig curve wrong way but I don't want curve those   I'm too afraid I'll destroy the wig. I hope people don't mind this;___;

 There are still some parts I need to sew but in all Aries outfit is really simple. In my opinion the simpler the outfit is the more precise the details has to be! Till next timee: )

Cosplay plans

 I know its going to be a super long time till my next con. But I've already started working on my Desucon Frostbite outfits : -D I could have gone to Yamacon held in next month but I don't think I'll made it: ( 

I really had no special plans for my frostbite cosplay but my friend Miki really wanted to do Panty and Stocking cosplay. To be honest I really don't know a thing about the series but the characters seem interesting...: ) This outfit I'm really looking forward to wear: D I hope we won't freeze up wearing these at frostbite x P

 I will start working on my Stocking outfit( on the right)

I found a two pieces of dreadful curtains from flea market but they're just perfect for my dress costing me 2€ Well blue fabric needs little more color.

For the second day of Frosbite I wear something simple, so I come up with doing Fruits basket cosplay. This is my all time favourite manga and I've wanted to do some of the characters. I was really thinking between Momiji and Hanajima and came up Hana-chan. I really like her character and I really want to sew that school dress<3 plus I already have wig for this: D

This is my next plan for the second day. I was actually planning to make this for last frostbite but I run out of time. I like the idea making the winter outfit of Boa Hancock for Frostbite. There is no much picture material but should be easy to sew. 

UPDATE 

I suddenly got an idea do to some really classic cosplay. So I came up with Officer Jenny from Pokemon! This side character has really simple outfit but the main thing is I get to start working on a UNIFORM : D

For summer I'll definitely make Fairy Tail Aries. I fell in love with this character its so cute: ) The wig is going to bit of problem but I came up with a idea and I've always wanted to get a light pink wig: D I actually made the horns already: D

These are cosplays I'll definitely do. But I also have plans doing Kuroshitsuji Sebastian or Grell again.

Tracon 2012 Tampere

Tracon at Tampere came to end way too fast, despite all the drama my outfit caused me I had super nice time. This was first time I actually spend super long hours at con area:-D 

I left to Tampere with train arriving 10am. With only 4 hours of sleep first thing was definitely coffee- time. I din't take long time till people started asking to take my photos, haha that's what I like about mainstream series: D

 Off to the church to photoshoot with Miki and Kittan. And yeah i look like derp but it was super cold, rainy and windy. And of course i'm without jacket...

 There was wedding on going so we really needed to hurry up....

 So few euro cosplay participants !!

There goes day one. After hanging in con area till nine. We were off to the hotel Scandig Station with my avec. And of course we had to check out the after party, had so much fun: )

 Here comes the fun part. I had no idea there's gonna be Kuroshitsuji Photoshoot! So just when I was about to put on my outfit they announced that I seriously had to run and still missed that.

In all sunday was amazing I got into Kuroshitsuji Group so I don't have hung out as some random Kuro characterxD
